Dark Waters Vi Rig

One more League fan art rig incoming, this time for the Dark Waters Vi fan art made by the insanely talented Courtney Fay to add one more character to the line up of the Dark Waters fan made skin concepts. So happy to know more talented artists out there, and keep the League skins coming! <3

Highlights:

- Chroma skins available! Use the control above her head to change the Chroma version of the character (the control can be toggled in the global control attributes) :)

- Hybrid glove rotation; the IK glove will rotate automatically with the control position but can also rotate manually in one axis, but the FK has full control of the glove (WARNING: this is a test feature, any feedback is more than welcome here!)

P.S.: The error when opening is from ngSkinTools, sorry for that, but it shouldn't affect anything!
